In general, the command system of the installation (pressostatic or electronic) will start the
condensers fans step by step, according to the condensing pressure.

In some installation, motors are driven in speed variation, totally, or partially.

When Ec motors are installed on the condenser, each fan is equipped with a motor and its
electronic box which allows to drive the motor speed with a 0-10V external signal.
-
Those motors can have only one rotation direction fixed by construction. So, whatever phases
rotation order of the main supply, the motor will always run in the right direction.
-
Those motors are equipped with connectors and prewired cables in the aim to avoid to open the
electronic box of the motor at connecting phases.

Any opening of the electronic box of the motor will cancel the warranty of the motor.

For correct operation, the motor needs :
-
A 3 phases supply 400V
-
A command signal 0-10V
-
Some factory bridges on its terminals, according to the technical documentation.
-
According to installation specifications, the motor will only start when the command signal will
reach a voltage threshold defined.

And also, the motor will stop as soon as the command signal will decrease under a threshold.
