Instructions or recommendations appearing in the various technical advice notes and manufacturer's service manuals should be followed
precisely; please contact our Technical Department for any additional information.
Every month
, check:
-
Safety cut-off points of HP/LP safety pressure switches
-
Pressures and temperatures in each compressor.
-
Pump down cycle,
-
Cut-in of safety pressure switches in condenser fans,
-
Oil levels
-
Moisture in the circuits (through sight-glass or by analysing oil)
-
The state of all flexible pipes
-
Check for leaks in the refrigeration circuit
Every year in addition to the monthly checks:

Carry out an analysis of the oil
-
Clean the condenser.

For HFC type fluid ( R404A ), activated aluminium oxide dryers should be avoided, dryers with a molecular filter should
be chosen instead.
CLEANING
Coils should preferably be cleaned with:
-
Compressed air
-
By brushing with non-metallic materials
-
With clean water (3 bars maximum at 1.5m)
Avoid spraying motors with water
The electrical supply will have to be switched off during this operation.
Avoid all aggressive detergents which may cause eventual corrosion.

FAN MOTOR CHANGE
This operation can only be undertaken once the electrical supply has been switched off (consignation).
Under this condition only, the access to fan motors is authorized.
If a fan motor needs to be changed, care should be taken to unplug all purge holes during reinstallation (to enable the condensation
to escape). As per drawing hereafter.
