MOUNTING AND INSTALLING

The control panel will have to be installed on a perfect flat surface, in order to avoid all
torsion phenomena of the enclosure which could create difficulties for opening and closing the doors.

Every control panel will have to be fixed on the floor or on a vertical surface (wall for example)
to avoid any risk of tilt.

All around the control panel, a free space must be available to be able to open the door
correctly and to give access to the whole equipment.

The immediate environment of the control panel during storage, will have to
be in the
temperature range : -25°C à +55°C

The immediate environment of the control panel during operation, will have to be in the
temperature range : +5°C à +40°C.

If the equipment is stored before its installation, take care to its protection against dust and
water

If the machine is installed in a seismic area, the installer must take the appropriate required
actions.

The area of installation must be solid enough and horizontal, and should not transmit
vibrations to the machine frame.

The installations must be done in areas sufficiently ventilated.

Protection devices and accessories must be protected against the effects of environment.

The safety ways around the panels must be maintained free of any other equipment
according to the corresponding rules.

If the control panel is meant to stay on the machine frame, the installer will have to
remove the temporary reinforcements and other struts only mounted for transport, to avoid
those features to create some stress or harmful vibrations when the machine will run.

If the control panels are mounted on the machine frame for transport, but meant to be
unmounted once arrived on site, the installer will have to do the following tasks.
