Never use pipes as a way to drive wires or cables.

During commissioning, here is a non exhaustive list of the tests to be done on the installation
(to be done by authorized people only) :
•
Check of the arrival of the main power supply on the main switch and check if the 3
phases are correctly present after on power components.
•
Check the correct connection and setting of all the components of the security chain
of each compressor (emergency stops, pressure switches, thermic switches, oils
controllers)
•
Check the correct settings of the timers (mode and value)
•
Check the command voltage supplied to the different equipments (electromecanicals,
regulators, plcs…)
•
Check and adjust the regulators settings according to the installation features.
•
Check the analog outputs of electronic equipments (regulators and plc) (direction (+/-)
and value).
•
Check motors rotation direction, by short impulse on power equipment.
•
Check the real activation of electric valves
•
Fine tune the settings, to be able to run in automatic mode as early as possible.

If frequency converters are present:
•
Check the arrival of the main power supply upstream the FC.
•
Check the starting loop (contacts), which must be closed for a FC ready to start.
•
Check the default loop (closed if everything is OK).
•
Check the analogic input which command the FC. Check the signal dir/-.

It is absolutely forbidden, during operation of the machine, to remove any protection
designed by the manufacturer to ensure security of the people and/or rules respect.
•
Check the parameters according with the settings list present in the
electrical diagrams.
•
Warning : this list of parameters is proposed as information and Profroid is not
liable for any missing tests or checks to be done on site during commissioning.
The installer must adapt those settings for each installation.
