COMISSIONING OPERATIONS

Before any electrical connection, ensure that the main supply voltage and frequency
correspond to the indications of the electrical diagram page OP 10 .

Any wiring done on site must be compliant with official standards of the country (including
earthing).

Before supplying power to the equipment, check :
o
That the connections are made correctly,
o
That all screws on equipments are correctly tightened.

In resident area, when the installation has frequency converters, the installer will have to
look at the necessity to have or not a RFI net filter.

Do not use equipments or control panels for another installation than the one they are
designed for..

Please comply with components manufacturers recommendations, especially the ones written
in the user manuals and operating instructions.

Motor protections must be set on site to the nominal current, indicated on each
motor plate.
-
Frequency converters can create on installations resonance vibrations on pipes. The
installer will have to remove those frequencies, by adjusting frequency converter
settings.
