REFER TO THE ELECTRICAL DIAGRAM AND TO THE INSTRUCTION MANUAL
.
-
The control panel is defined according to the standards EN60204-1; EN61000-6; NF-C-15-100;
-
Any wiring modification on site must be in compliance with those standards and with the legal
rules of the country.
-
Without any specific indication, the nominal power supply is 400V-3 ~ 50Hz.
-
Shielded cables must be connected carefully especially concerning the shield to earth connection.
Normally, the best way to do this is with a contact all around the shield, at 360°.
-
Sensor cables drive most of time very low level signals (0-10V ou 4-20mA), as a consequence,
they must be mounted separately from power cables (main supply, motors…) according to EMC
golden rules.
-
Most of the time, actuators and sensors will be connected to terminals especially installed for
this. The terminals used are builded with a leaf spring (up to wires 16mm²), in order to avoid any
risk of untightening. To open the terminal, you just have to insert a screw driver as shown :
-
In some specific cases, for power cables connections (motors), the connection is done directly
under contactors.
