MESSAGES PLAYBACK / ERASE:
1. Press button 1 for 2 seconds in standby mode.
The LCD displays [NEWxx TOTALyy]
Where xx represents the number of new messages and yy represents the
total number of messages.
2. Press OK button to start message playback.
3. Press "6" key to skip to the next message
4. Press "4" key once to repeat the current message
5. Press "4" key twice within 1s to skip to the previous message.
6. Press button to erase the message which is playing
7. Press OK button at any time to stop.
REMARKS:
- If there are new messages (unread), the system plays the new message only,
otherwise it will play all old messages.
- During message playback, the corresponding number and time of receiving
will be shown.
- After all messages are finished, the system will return to standby mode.
ERASE ALL:
1. Press button 1 for 2 seconds in standby mode.
The LCD display [NEWxx TOTALyy].
2. Press button, the LCD display [DELETE ALL?]
3. Press OK to delete all old messages. (unread messages cannot be deleted)
The LCD display [MSG DELETED].
MEMO RECORDING:
1. Press button to enter the menu mode during standby.
2. Press
∆/∇
button to select [SYSTEM].
3. Press OK button to confirm and the display will show [ANSWERER].
4. Press OK button and press
∆/∇
button to select [RECORD MEMO].
5. Press OK button and the LCD display will show [RECORDING...].
Recording is through the handset microphone.
6. Press OK button to stop recording or it will stop automatically when the max.
memo record time (1min.) is reached.
