CALLER-ID
This telephone is equipped with Caller Display Function, which allows you to
read the caller's name / number before you answer an incoming call. In order to
have this Caller Display Function, you need to subscribe the Caller Display servi-
ces provided by your local telephone company. Please note that the Caller Dis-
play services provided by different telephone companies may not be the same
and some of the features described below may not apply in your district.
There are 30 memories in the Caller Record, with a maximum of 10 characters
for name and 20 digits for phone number in each record. Each caller record
contains the caller's name, number and date / time of receiving that call.
Remarks:
1. If there are several private calls received, the caller record will only store
the latest one.
2. During repeat call, the previous call record of the same number will be
superseded. It will not increase the total number of incoming call in the
Call Record.
CALLER RECORD REVIEW:
1. In standby mode, press
OK
button. The display will show [NEWXXTOTALXX].
“NEW” represents the number of caller records not yet reviewed.
“TOTAL” represents the total number of memories stored in caller record.

button to review the caller record.
3. Press button to exit.
Remarks:
1. If there is a new call (not yet reviewed), the Message Icon will flash.
2. When all caller records are reviewed, the display will show the Message Icon
(but not flashing).
3. If it is a repeat call, the display will show [1234567 >>], press button

show [<<XX REPEAT] in which XX represents the number of calls repeated.
CALL BACK FROM CALLER RECORD:
Once you have found the desired name/number, press x button to dial out that
number.
Attention:
In case you are connected behind a PABX and you must first dial a -0-, than you
might program this -0- as a prefix. Please refer to chapter PREFIX CODE SET-
TING on page 16).
