KEY BEEP SETTING:
You may select to turn on or off the keypad tone.
1. Press button to enter menu mode during standby.
2. Press
∆/∇
button to select [KEY BEEP].
3. Press OK button to confirm and the display will show [BEEP ON?]
4. Press
∆/∇
button will toggle between [BEEP ON ?] and [BEEP OFF?]
5. Press OK button to confirm the selection and exit.
CALL BARRING:
Call Barring is to prohibit certain telephonenumbers to be dialed out if the first
one to four digits of such phone numbers match with the Barring Number1 or
Barring Number2.
Store the Barring numbers:
1. Press button to enter menu mode during standby.
2. Press
∆/∇
button to select [SYSTEM].
3. Press OK button to confirm.
4. Press
∆/∇
button to select [CALL BARING].
5. Press OK button to confirm, the display will show [BS PIN ----].
6. Enter the base PIN (factory setting: 0000). If the base PIN is correct , the
display will show [BARRING OFF?].
7. Press
∆/∇
button to select [BAR NUMBER1?].
8. Press OK button to confirm the selection and the display will show
[NUM0 ----].
9. Enter 1 to 4 digit Barring Number1 and press OK button to confirm and exit.
Follow the same procedures to program Barring Number 2.
Call Barring On/off:
1. Press button to enter menu mode during standby.

button to select [SYSTEM].
3. Press OK button to confirm.
4. Press
∆/∇
button to select [CALL BARING].
5. Press OK button to confirm, the display will show [BS PIN ----].
6. Enter the base PIN (factory setting: 0000). If the base PIN is correct , the
display will show [BARRING OFF?].
7. Press
∆/∇
button and select:
[BARRING: ON?] to activate the feature
[BARRING: OFF?] to disactivate the feature
8. Press OK button to finish and exit.
