Quick start
You wish to heat food or drinks shortly at the highest power setting? There
are two possibilities:
1. Quick-start the microwave by directly pressing the START/RESET but-
ton. The cooking process continues immediately for 1 minute.
Or:
2. Turn the knob to the right. A buzzer sounds and the cooking time ap-
pears on the display. The word “MICROWAVE” flashes.
• Set the desired cooking time by turning the knob left or right. Make
sure that you do not go below the “:10” setting (10 seconds) when
you turn the knob to the left. Doing so takes you to the DEFROST
menu.
• Press the START/RESET button to start operation.
The power setting of the microwave is thereby 100%. The indicator shows
you this.
Grilling (GRILL)
Use of grill
Place the grill rack onto the supplied glass plate. Use suitable heat-resistant
tableware or directly put the food onto the grill.
It is not necessary to preheat the grill rack since the grill generates radiant
heat immediately.
Proceed as follows for roasting and scalloping:
1. Press the GRILL/CONVE button until “G-1” and the word “GRILL”
flashes on the display.
2. Adjust the required grilling time from 10 seconds to 60 minutes, by turn-
ing the knob to the right or left.
3. Press the START/RESET button.
NOTE:
• After half of the cooking time, buzzers indicate when the food needs to
be turned.
• Regardless of whether the food has been turned, operation continues
automatically after around 1 minute.
After the full time has elapsed, the appliance switches off and 5 beeps
sound. You may then remove the food.

Convection
Convection enables you to cook food as in a traditional oven. The micro-
wave is not active. The heat is generated by a heating element on the fan.
We recommend preheating the oven to the correct temperature before plac-
ing food inside.
Preheating
1. Press the GRILL/CONVE button repeatedly to select the desired
temperature between 160°C and 230°C. The word “CONVECTION”
flashes and the temperatures are shown on the display.
2. Press the START/RESET button.
NOTE:
• The selected temperature remains on the display during preheating.
• Two signal tones will sound when the desired temperature is reached.
3. Open the door and place the food in the device.

onds and 90 minutes.

• Two signal tones will sound when the desired temperature is reached.
After the time has elapsed the device will turn off and 5 signal tones will
sound. Take the food from the device.
Combinations of microwave,
grill and convection (COMBINATION)
• In these settings, the microwave, grill and convection operate in combi-
nation within the preset cooking time.
• In combinations “C-1” and “C-2”, the oven is firstly preheated before the
countdown begins.
