Maintenance
To ensure the correct function, safety and service life of the device the following points must be executed in the
maintenance interval.
Used
only original spare parts
, otherwise the warranty expires.
For all maintenance services the device must be completely shut down!!!
For all operations you have to make sure, that the device will not close unintended.

Control and tighten all screws and connections.
(The implementation is only allowed by an expert).
Daily controls

See attached operating instructions of the

Check the oil level of the
tracked forklift
(
see operating instructions
from HINOWA
).
●
Check the oil level of the
Diesel engine
(
see operating instructions
from HATZ
).
●
Remove and clean air filter (with
compressed air), replace if necessary.
●
Check the rubber washer from the
cover oft he air filter and replace it
when damaged.
