5 Polarization and Conoscopy
5.1 Overview
This chapter describes how to perform polarization and conoscopy examinations,
as well as providing an introduction to the basic principles of such examinations.
Polarization and conoscopy can be performed with the following microscopes:

Primotech D/POL Conoscopy
If you purchase optional polarizers, you can then also perform polarization with
Primotech MAT and Primotech D/A MAT. For more information, contact your ZEISS
representative.
