Guarantee
PREBENA guarantees the designated device for a period of 1 year
from the date of sale in accordance with the following terms and
conditions. PREBENA guarantees free repairs for deficiencies that
are caused by faulty material or manufacturing defects. This
guarantee does not cover malfunctions or damages that are caused
by improper use.
In addition, only original PREBENA fasteners shall be used. Any
contravention of this condition means that we will not accept liability
for any guarantee claims. This guarantee does not include to
wearing parts like O-rings, etc. PREBENA reserves the right to carry
exchange of the faulty part or to supply a replacement. We will not
accept any further claims.
To lodge a claim within the terms of this guarantee it must be
accompanied by the completed guarantee sheet with dealer's stamp
and date of sale or an invoice containing the details as per the
guarantee sheet.
Shipping: The unit must be carefully packed to avoid damages and
shipped at the customer’s expense to PREBENA.
