machine, do not “lock” any joints, such as your
knees and elbows, but keep them slightly bent.
(c) PROPER HYDRATION
• Power Plate
recommends that the user stay well-hydrated by drinking at least 300 ml (16 ounces) of
water before, during, and after each exercise session.
(d) PROPER LIMITATIONS ON EXERCISE
