MAINTENANCE
GB
- Insert new tine arm. Turn the rotor unit so that the
new tine arm can be inserted between the in and
out controls (see below).
Direction of
travel
- Re-tighten bolts M12x110 with 1x nut and 2x Nordlock
washers (see illus.)
(Tightening torque: 140 Nm)
Position the Nordlock washers with the rough internal
machining on top of one another. At the same time
this means that for both washers the fine machining
is on the outside.
- Fit cover on the new tine arm, insert between the
covers and tighten bolt. Tighten all the loosened
bolts (1) for the covers.
- Check the tightness of the bolts and nuts after approx.
50 hours of operation and re-tighten if necessary.
B
Changing the bearing bush of the tine arms
• The distance (A) in normal operation must be about 1
mm. If the shaft clearance (W) is greater, then it can
be corrected with shims.
• If the distance (A) is greater than 4 mm then change the
bushes (B) on the inside of the tine arms . Otherwise
subsequent damage may occur to the machine.
