CO Cable Pairs Color Code Assignments

The 751112 5 card Shelf CO Cable Pairs are already connected within the shelf. 
The connection to the CO Dedicated Cable must be done outside the shelf and 
should be done utilizing non-metallic isolation jacks or in a non-metallic splice 
case (not provided). See section 3.8.3 on page 41.
