Change/Refill of hydraulic fluid
The hydraulic fluid must be replaced annually. Depending on usage and contamination, the hydraulic fluid may need to be replaced
at shorter intervals.
1.
Place a drip tray under the drain plug. The tray must hold at least 20 liters / 5.3 US gal so that all the hydraulic fluid can be
drained off.
2.
Unscrew the drain plug and drain the hydraulic fluid out.
3.
Screw the drain plug back in.
4.
Place the tray under the filter and remove the hydraulic filter.
5.
Mount a new hydraulic filter. Lubricate the sealing of the new hydraulic filter with a little hydraulic fluid. Turn the screw
another half-turn once the sealing has contact with the hydraulic unit.
6.
Fill with fresh hydraulic fluid (approximately 20 liters / 5.3 US gal). Use a funnel to prevent contamination of the surrounding
area.
The hydraulic fluid should be filled up to the marking on the dip stick.

The old hydraulic fluid and filter must be disposed of professionally.
