Pull out all roof catches using the removal tool.

Unlock the cover flaps with the key.
3.
Fold up the cover flaps until they engage.
4.
Unscrew the fastening screw counter-clock-
wise using the torque wrench, but not
completely.

Swivel the fastening bracket upward and en-
gage it in the carrier support.
6.
Open the vehicle door.

Place the carrier on the roof carefully so that
the sticker (Fig. 157) is located on the left ve-
hicle side. At the same time, identify the front
and rear carrier using the sticker.
