Adjusting the Dropper seat post
Loosen the bolt on the wedge with a
hexagonal socket wrench (size 3) and the
clamping screws on the saddle clamp with a
hexagonal socket wrench (size 5) to adjust
the seat height. Adjust the seat to the
required height and tighten the clamping
screws on the saddle clamp and the bolt on
the wedge to the specified torque (see the
section “Recommended tightening torques”).

Lowering the saddle
If you are riding off road, it can be helpful to
lower the seat post temporarily. If your model
has this option, follow these instructions.
To lower the saddle, press the thumb shifter
on the left of the handlebars. Your weight will
lower the saddle. To raise the seat post,
press the thumb shifter again and take your
weight off the saddle. The saddle will
automatically rise. You will not have to pull it
out. This means that both your hands can
stay on the handlebars.
