Adjusting the handlebars
The Porsche Centre or ROTWILD authorised
dealer will adjust the handlebars to suit the
rider. This involves undoing, adjusting and
tightening the relevant bolts.
Take the maximum tightening torque of the
clamping screws into consideration. (See
"Recommended tightening torques").
Make sure that the handlebar and stem
cannot be turned in opposite directions by
clamping the front wheel between your
knees and trying to turn the handlebars.

Headset
The headset, which is also referred to as the
steering head bearing, allows the front wheel
fork to rotate in the stem. The headset is
subjected to considerable loads when the
bike is in use, which means that it can
become loose.
A loose headset
can increase the stress on
the bearing and the front wheel fork. As a
result, these components can break. Check
the headset play regularly.

Adjusting the headset is a job for a specialist.
Ask your ROTWILD authorised dealer to
adjust the headset.
