If a leaking connection is identified during the inspection, then this connection must

be tightened in accordance with the instruction below:

Remove all foreign object debris and thoroughly clean both ends of the

connectors and their threaded sections (1).

Apply motor oil to the threaded section of the adapter.
Apply motor oil to

ONLY

the threaded section!

The tapered end must be free from dirt and oil!

Tighten the adapter with

19 Nm (14 ft∙lb)

torque
