The rear axle shock absorber is a high performance gas pressure racing shock

absorber in two-tube design that is provided with an additional bottom valve. A coil

spring assembly consisting of a main and a helper spring is arranged concentrically on

the damper. For stroke limitation and protection of the shock absorber, the latter is

equipped with an integrated bump stop.
