Check the ease of movement of the bearing

 

Attach locking ring (3) for the nut 

Attach locking ring  

Place the greased O ring (130x2.5) on the lid 

Visually check the gearbox housing  

 

 

Put on the adjusting disk (basic 1.4) P2 

Insert the shaft with the lid (rotate shaft slightly to prevent two teeth of ring gear and 

bevel gear from touching directly) 

Tighten the lid with every second nut using a crisscross pattern (

25 Nm
