erator pedal.

Changing the desired speed
The desired speed can be increased or decreased by
pressing the control lever.

Press the control lever forward (position

):
– Brief press = 1 mph (1 km/h) increments
– Press and hold = 6 mph (10 km/h)
increments
Reducing the speed

Pull the control lever (position

):
– Brief pull = 1 mph (1 km/h) increments
– Pull and hold = 6 mph (10 km/h) increments
The new desired speed is displayed on the instru-
ment cluster.
Information
The speed can be increased using the accelerator
pedal. This does not change the stored value. The
stored value is set again when you take your foot off
the accelerator pedal.
Interrupt cruise control operation
– CANCEL
Following deactivation, cruise control switches to
standby mode and remains in standby until it is ac-
tivated manually again.

Cruise control is passive. The set value for the
desired speed remains stored. The status display
changes from green to gray.
Cruise control operation is interrupted auto-
matically in the following situations:
– The vehicle speed is above or below the set
speed for a certain time.
– Porsche Stability Management (PSM) is in con-
trol mode.
Resuming the stored speed –
RESUME

Press the control lever up (position

Cruise control accelerates or brakes the vehicle
to the stored speed.
