TERMS OF GUARANTEE
1. The ROCA POOL-SPA Sp. z o.o. company with a registered office in Gliwice, ul. Wyczółkowskiego 20
grants a 24 month guarantee for the GENESIS SPA bathtub and provides a paid post-guarantee service.
Caution - halogen bulbs are not covered by the guarantee.
2. The manufacturer grants a 7 year guarantee for maintenance of colour and gloss of the acrylic surface,
provided the maintenance rules described in this operation manual are observed.
3. Installation of the GENESIS SPA bathtub is performed free of charge by an authorised service of ROCA
POOL-SPA company. Caution: does not include leading the water supply, sewage and electrical terminals as
well as base surface preparation.
4. The manufacturer’s guarantee does not cover damage to the top edge of the bathtub related with strain
caused by sunshine and not using a thermal cover.
5. Product defects or damage found during the guarantee period for which the user is not culpable will be
corrected free of charge within 14 working days from the time the complaint was submitted. All repairs are
carried out at the client’s.
6. Found defects and damage should be reported to the product’s supplier. If it is not possible, notify the
ROCA POOL-SPA Service Department in writing
7. The client loses the right to a guarantee in cases of:
a. mechanical damage to the equipment,
b. mechanical damage of the bathtub surface
c. performing unauthorised repairs or modifications of the electronic control system,
d. locating the bathtub in a way that prevents ventilation and free access to all devices installed under the
bathtub
e. installation of other devices on the bathtub basin and other devices
f. using incorrect bathtub cleaning products, non-compliant with the manual.
g. using water non-compliant with parameters included in the Ordinance of the Minister of Health and Social
Welfare of 4th of May 1990 Journal of Laws no 35.
8. The guarantee is void then the supplier of the GENESIS SPA bathtub does not confirm the fact of the sales
by a signature, a stamp and date of sales on the guarantee sheet at the end of the Polish part of this manual.
9. The guarantee is valid when the connection to the electrical network is made by a service authorised by
ROCA POOL-SPA (this fact has to be confirmed at the Guarantee sheet.
10. The manufacturer does not refund costs related with the replacement of the damaged enclosure with
glaze in situations when the need to perform the guarantee repair causes its justified damage.
11. The costs of verification of an unjustified complaint are covered by the client.
12. Guarantee for the sold consumption product does not exclude, limit or suspend the rights of the Buyer
resulting from the non-compliance of the purchased product with the agreement.
13. Guarantee is valid in the Republic of Poland.
