3.3 Abnormal SMV
3.3.1 Wiring connection

Note: The wiring connection can be kept the same.
3.3.2 Test configuration
Keep the configuration the same.
While making the independent test, the users only need select configuration zone to
choose the message type. There are IEC61850-9-2 and IEC60044-8 available. Refer to
part 3.1.2.2.

on the test interface

externally PC to run the test
