Battery
The Justice Camera has no internal battery. It will only function, and record, whilst plugged into
the power source in your car (typically the cigarette lighter).
Setting up the camera in your vehicle
When using the Justice Camera in your car it is important that your windscreen is clean, both
inside and out, in order that the evidence you capture is of the highest quality.
Note: Take care when affixing the bracket to the windscreen as it is not easily removed thereafter.
• Insert the SD card into the card slot as described earlier.
• Attach the bracket to the camera by sliding the end of the bracket into the raised receptor,
located next to the lens (see 1.5).
• Identify an appropriate location on the windscreen to secure the bracket.
• Avoid interference with the driver’s field of view; behind the rear view mirror is
recommended.
• Ensure the windshield is free of any dirt or dust before installation.
• Remove the protective cover from the adhesive tape of the bracket and affix to the desired
location on your windscreen.
• Loosen the screw to adjust the mounting angle.
• Firmly press the mounting bracket and camera onto the windshield. The screw should be to
the left as you look at it from behind. Hold for 3 seconds to secure.
• Once attached, tighten the mounting bracket screw securely.
