2.0 Using the Justice Camera
2.1 Setup
SD card
The Justice Camera needs an SD card inserting before it will operate, which can be purchased
from the PoliceWitness.com website.
NOTE: the Justice Camera should be turned off before an SD card is inserted or removed. Failure
to do so may delete or damage recorded material, or even cause the camera to malfunction.
Press the SD card gently into the slot provided
(see section 1.5) with the brass connectors to
the bottom. It is designed to go in just one way
so force should not be used or necessary.
To remove the SD card, press it gently and it will eject.
Check the data stored on the SD card periodically to ensure that the product operates normally.
We recommend that you use an SD card provided by policewitness.com.
The SD card is an expendable item. Replace it if you notice any degradation of your images.
Remember to back up important data to another storage medium (see section 4.1).
We do not provide a warranty for any data issues.
