Description
Support
OFF, ON
ON
OFF
– disables operation of HUW tank.
ON
– enables operation of HUW tank.
Minimum HUW
temperature
5 … 85
20°C
Minimum preset temperature of water in the tank.
Maximum HUW
temperature
40 … 90
55
°C
Maximum preset temperature of water in the tank. This parameter
determines the maximum temperature to which the HUW tank will
be heated while discharging exceeding boiler heat from a boiler or
solar collector. Setting too high value can lead to the risk of scalding
with HUW. Too low parameter value will eliminate a possibility of
discharging heat excess to the HUW tank when the boiler is
overheated. In installations including a solar system, too low value
will reduce heat contacts because the solar pump loads the HUW
tank to a
Maximum HUW temperature.
HUW system developer
should consider a possibility of the controller failure. Such failure
can cause heating the water inside HUW tank up to a hazardous
temperature causing a risk of scalding for users. Therefore,
thermostatic valves should be used as an additional protection.
HUW priority
OFF, ON
ON
OFF
– HUW tank loading at enabled heating circuits
(simultaneously),
ON
– HUW tank loading at disabled heating
circuits.
Extending HUW pump
operation time
0 … 255
0 min.
After loading the HUW tank and disabling the HUW pump, a risk of
boiler overheat can occur. Such risk is possible in a situation when
a preset HUW temperature is higher tank preset boiler temperature.
This problem applies mainly to HUW pump operating in SUMMER
mode in which heating circuit pumps are disabled. In order to cool
the boiler, the operation of HUW pump can be extended by a period
of extended operation of HUW pump.
HUW circulating pump
support
OFF, ON
ON
OFF
– disables the HUW circulating pump operation,
ON
– enables
the HUW circulating pump operation.
HUW circulating pump
standstill time
0 … 255
25 min.
Intervals between activation of circulating pump is defined with
circulating pump standstill time
parameter value (recommended
setting 15
– 40 min,). Circulating pump works cyclically for a
circulation pump operation time
(recommended setting 60
– 120 s.)
HUW circulating pump
operation time
0 … 255
25 s
Circulating pump start
temperature
0 … 50
25
°C
In order to save electrical energy the HUW circulating pump will be
disabled when the HUW temperature is lower than
Circulating pump
start temperature
.
HUW tank hysteresis
1 … 15
5°C
HUW tank will be loaded up to a preset temperature. When
temperature of water inside the tank drops by
HUW tank hysteresis
value, loading pump will be enabled and the tank will be loaded
again.
Legionella
OFF, ON
OFF
OFF
– disables Legionella function,
ON
– enables Legionella
function.
Every week, at 2:00, hot tap water will be heated to 70°C
in order to disinfect the HUW tank. Note: risk of scalding form hot
water!
Heat loss protection
OFF, ON
ON
Protection against reverse transfer of heat from the HUW tank to
heat source/buffer. The setting OFF disables the comparison of
temperature between the sensors H1-S and HDW.
