update your device

a new SCSI board,
if your existing one
is old.
Make sure at least one end of
the cable has the same kind of
SCSI connector as your
PlexWriter. The other end of the
cable must have the proper
connector to fit your SCSI
interface board or another
chained external SCSI device.
Use only high-performance, bus-
mastering SCSI interface boards.
PIO SCSI interfaces may not
properly support high speed (8X)
CD recording.
