9.9.4. CARRIAGE AND AXLES BLOCKED DUE
TO ELECTRICAL BREAKDOWN

Caution
It is only possible to move the ground structure
with the machine completely reclosed.
If the machine does not perceive that the aerial
part has been completely retrieved, the drive
wheels and the rail axles do not work.
To enable manoevres of the ground structure it
is necessary to bypass the valve (YV90) and
the valve (YV110) .
‒ Press and twist the valve to lock the button in
the bypass position.
To move the trolley:
‒ Break the seal, press and turn the pin (A)
clockwise until it remains in the lowered
positioned and is blocked to bypass the valve
( (YV90) (Solenoid dump valve).
‒ Break the seal, press and turn the pin (B)
clockwise until it remains in the lowered
positioned and is blocked to bypass the valve
( (YV110) (exchange valve).
‒ Activate the distributor levers (C) for truck
movement (See chapter "emergency controls
area part").

Should the advancement be slowed down for the machine drive function (See "towing mode with machine in
emergency mode").

Caution
After any operation where it was necessary to remove the lead seals, it is forbidden to continue to use the
machine.
It is obligatory to go to a service centre for the necessary repairs and to restore the seals.
