8.1 MODEL SETTING
When the MAI

Assy and/or TUJB Assy that are(is)
commonly used with another model are(is) replaced,
they(it) must recognize the model of this unit.

1. After the unit is turned on, the model name for the
original equipment manufacturer is displayed on the
T
V
monitor screen. Input "9696" on the remote control
unit for service to change it to the model name for
Pioneer.

monitor. Press
four digits properly

y using the remote control unit for
service,
according to the screen information.
3. Disconnect then reconnect the AC power cord of the
unit. Be careful not to impart vi
b
ration to the unit
immediately after the AC power cord is disconnected.
