*This flowchart shows how to confirm the output from the HDMI b lock on the b asis that an external input signal to the L1
connector is through-output from the analog output connector properly.
Connect the unit to a D V I monitor

With the aid of an oscilloscope, check IC1001, IC5 8 01 for the
points listed b elow. (Only checking with a PAL signal
is enough. Checking with an N TSC signal is not required):
• R5 8 65 (HTX_CLK : 27 MHz/74.25 MHz/14 8 .5 MHz @PAL)
From the following points, a 3.3- V swing signal must b e output:
• R5 8 55 (H sync)
• R5 8 55 ( V sync)
• R5 8 26 to R5 8 2 8 ( V ideo lines)

It is most likely that IC5 8 01 and the
su b sequent parts are in failure.
Check the soldering of the parts
