Jumper Layout

To provide different signal configurations and operation modes, the
phyCORE-MPC555 has 18 insertable jumpers and 1 solderable
jumper. Figure 9 illustrates the numbering of the jumper-pads, while
Figure 10 indicates the location of the jumpers on the board.
