Transmitted data in 3Donly mode

In 3Donly mode only the 3D data is transmitted. The FrameCombine feature (see Section
11.5.9) was added to lower the transmitted frame rate. For FrameCombine = f, the data for f
images are combined into one image.

Resulting height in 3Donly mode is therefore:

Hres = f * 2 (if DataFormat3D=2)
