Once the left-hand LED is green and the right-hand LED is flashing orange, the right-
hand LED switches off and the connection to the device can be restored. For the
precise sequence of the LED indicators, please refer to Section 3.5.2.4 on page 3-27.

Making contact for initial configuration
As devices are supplied with fixed IP parameters, your computer must first be configured for
initial contact for contact to be possible. The following screenshots were created under
Windows XP Professional.
To set the IP parameters, open the Properties tab for your network adapter. Activate
"Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)" and then click on "Properties".
