34 Switching on RITMO L plus
34.1 Putting RITMO L plus into operation

1. Selector switch (1) at the middle position.
2. Turn the main switch (2) to the “I” position.
3. Turn the selector switch (3) “Operate with water” left to
the position with water.
34.2 Presetting the water flow rate

1. Close all water outlet taps on the water manifold.
2. Open water type for water supply.
3. Open shut-off valve (1) until the water emerges without
bubbles, then close again.
4. Open needle valve (2) by two turns to the left.
5. Press the water flow button (3)

until no more
air bubbles can be seen in the water flowmeter (4).
6. Adjust the expected water volume at the needle valve (2).
Visible from the green cone in the sight glass of the water
flowmeter (5).
NOTE!
Observe the specifications of the material
manufacturer when setting the water factor.
NOTE!
Every interruption to the spraying process causes
a slight irregularity in the consistency of the
material. This irregularity will normalise itself as
soon as the machine has been operating for
a short period.
Do not change the water flow rate upon each
irregularity. Wait until the consistency of
the material has returned to normal.
7. Connect water hose (6)

to water inlet (7) of the rubber
mixing zone.
