ROUTINE MAINTENANCE
WARNING:
Before every adjustment and maintenance operation to be sure that
the current is disconnected (electric engine). Stop the tractor’s
engine (PTO).).
WARNING:
Always remove the hydraulic oil in excess to avoid the
environmental pollution.
WARNING:
Always drain the hydraulic to avoid the environmental pollution.
15.11 Replacement of the hydraulic
plant’s oil filter
N.B.: the first time replace the filter after 300
hours of work.
Then every 500 hours.
N.B. Disconnect the current rotating the
general switch in the position 0.
Close the switch.
Operations to execute for the replacement of the
filter:
■
Stop the tractor’s engine (PTO).
N.B.: position a receiver to avoid the casual fall
of oil on the belts.

Loose the filter holder’s nuts (A)
■
Disassemble the bowl (B).
■
Replace the internal cartridge.
■
Replace the filter holder’s gasket.
■
Assemble the bowl (B) and close the nuts
(A).
15.12 Check hydraulic oil level
The hydraulic oil tank (S) has 2 level gauges (A)
and (B). Check periodically the level and top up
with “ CONQORD OIL LI / 32 AI ” oil.
N.B.: The replacement of the hydraulic oil must be
effected after 3000 hours of work.
The tank of the oil has a capacity of 100 lt.
