INFORMATION
2.7 Information for the user
1 - The present manual is not inadequate if it is updated with new information about
the machine.
2 - The maker reserve to oneself the right to update the present manual but not
preceding manuals.
3 - The machine’s pieces specifications can be modified at all moment, without
notice.
4 - If the machine is not equipped with electric control and protection system, the
maker denies any responsibility for eventual damage to persons or objects
resulting from electric parts not conforming with the regulations.
Using the machine the operator must respect all safety rules.
5 - The maker denies any responsibility for eventual damage to the machine resulting
from:

inappropriate use;
■
use by not competent operators;
■
use not conforming with the directions for use of the machine contained into the
manual;
■
use not conforming with the regulations;
■
use with defective primary feeding;
■
use without the necessary maintenance jobs;
■
use with modifications not authorised by the maker;
■
use with not original spare parts;
■
use without observance of the directions for use of the machine contained into
the manual.
6 - Warranty lapses in the case of:
■
bad preservation;
■
damages for wrong use;
■
inexperience;
■
overcoming of limits services;
■
excessive mechanical, electric and hydraulic solicitations
■
use in bad conditions (look at point 5).
