4.6) FASTENING OR REMOVING
THE CHRONOTHERMOSTAT
To remove the chronothermostat
from the wall-mounted base, hold
it as shown in the diagram, then
pull outwards by turning it to the right.
Fasten the chronothermostat
onto the wall-mounted base,
pressing lightly until you hear
the fastening teeth click into
place onto the base.

4.7) INSERTING OR REPLACING BATTERIES

to the first row of keys

Insert or replace with N° 2 X 1.5V batteries type AA - LR6
ensuring to place the poles correctly (fig.

Attention: battery life may be more than 3 years.
However, it is recommended to replace them at least
every 36 months to avoid them running out when you
are away (e.g. Christmas holidays, etc.)
ONLY USE GOOD QUALITY ALKALINE BATTERIES
(Duracell or Energizer are recommended)
The chronothermostat saves set data in its internal memory.
When batteries are removed, the display stays on for a few
seconds, then it switches off. Inserting the batteries, the writing
load
(about 2 seconds)
indicates that the software is loading
the data into memory and the last active configuration as well as
the room temperature detected, will be displayed.
Very low differential on/off values, for example 0.2°C (see
paragraph 6.3) may result in increased frequency of
control transmission to the receiver, resulting in more
rapid battery depletion.

It is possible to check the charge level of the battery at any time
(see paragraph 7.9.2)
Dispose of spent batteries in the appropriate containers and
as required by the environmental protection regulations.
