Storage and Shipping
This unit should be stored or shipped in its original packaging, which should be kept for this
purpose. The unit should be kept in its packaging in a dry, non condensing environment, free
from dust or dirt, in the range −10 to 50 °C.
Should you need to return your instrument to PerkinElmer, a decontamination certificate is
required before the instrument is shipped. Decontamination certificates can be obtained from
PerkinElmer. The Troubleshooting Guide, which will help you work through the returns
process, can be accessed at:
http://www.perkinelmer.com/LambdaBioXLSSupport
If you do not have access to the Troubleshooting Guide, you can also contact Customer Care
(see
on page 87 for more information).
It is the responsibility of the user to carry out appropriate risk assessments and, if applicable,
decontamination procedures before returning the instrument.
