Select the
Mode
using the left and right arrows, and then press the down arrow.
The options are
Absorbance
or
%Transmission
.

Press
OK
to start measurements.
The Spectrum results screen is displayed.

Insert the Reference sample and press
.
This reference measurement will be used for all subsequent samples until repeated.

Insert your first sample and press
.
A spectrum and a table of the Absorbance/%Transmission values at each peak are
displayed.
Use the left and right arrows to move the cursor along the graph. When it reaches a
peak, the peak height and width are displayed at the top of the screen. To zoom in on
the wavelength scale, use the up arrow key. (This automatically scales the
Absorbance/%Transmission axis, depending upon the Graph Scale option, and this is
retained for subsequent measurements.) To zoom out again, use the down arrow key.
9.
Repeat Step 8 for each sample.
