2.2.2 Setting the Countdown Timer
A countdown timer allows the User to turn the device on or off automatically after a
specified period of time within twenty-four (24) hours.
By default, the countdown timer is set to 30 minutes and is off. To turn on the timer,
the User shall click on the corresponding icon in the power plug control panel.
Once the timer is activated, the time when the power plug will be powered on/off will
be displayed in parentheses.
The User may also set a custom time period for the
countdown timer (time step – 1 minute), as well as the
desired state of the power plug in the end.
To change the timer settings, click on the settings icon in
the “Settings” field of the Power Link device control panel
(See above).
The screen for selecting time and the device status will be
displayed (See left).
NOTE. In this case, the User shall select the time interval
after which (upon the timer activation) the power plug will
be turned on or off.
To save the timer settings, click “Done”.
