Check the priming of the pumps
Press again key (12)
and pump n.1 will begin working; re-press the same key to stop the pump and
check the rotation of the same pump.
Acting on the same keys of the other ones check their rotation.
DANGER
Risk of electrical
discharge.
Cut the voltage and reverse two phases of the switchboard power cable
WARNING
Attention:before checking the priming of the pumps, make sure that their
maximum pressure, reported on the plate of the pumps, is compatible
with the pressure borne by the system and by its devices and that any
safety valve has a intervention value higher than the maximum pump
pressure
In keeping the valves of all the collections closed there is a risk of electrical discharge.
DANGER
Risk of electrical
discharge.
It is possible, by means of the general switch, to cut the voltage from
the switchboard, open the shutter and bring the switch n.1 to position
TEST and all the others to position EXCLUSION
Close the switchboard and check the voltage; pump n.1 will begin working, check that the circuit pressure reaches
the maximum value. If not, repeat the filling operations of the collection of aspiration to the pump. Repeat the operation
on all the pumps within the unit.
Automatic Starting of the unit (refer to Figs. 1-2-3)
After having forced pressure into the unit through the manual driving of the pump, cut the voltage of the switchboard
by bringing the general switch to 0 (OFF).
From then on, the unit will automatically work according to the quantity of water withdrawn by its use.
Change of the working pressure setup
Our units are set and tested during manufacture and the working pressure is set up according to the characteristic
curve of the motor pumps used. It is however possible to modify the working pressure value by changing the setting
of the pressure switch used (in the case of units PM.... OR PT....) or by changing the set up of the parameters setup
(in the case of units SM.... OR ST....)

P 1
If only one pump has reverse rotation there is a risk of electrical discharge
DANGER
Risk of electrical
discharge.
Cut the general voltage and reverse the two conductors on the contactor
terminal of the pump in question
1) UNITS WITH PRESSURE SWITCH
WARNING
The calibration values of pressure switches must be between the
minimum and maximum working pressure levels foreseen for the
pumps used in the unit and reported on the plate applied to the pumps
themselves.
WARNING
The switchboard automatically reverses the starting order of the pumps
at the end of each working schedule.
Logic of cyclical inversion (with cyclical inversion enabled)
- units without pilot pump
Every time that the voltage is cut from the switchboard the order of original starting is restored. Pump n.1 should be
operated first upon first automatic starting, then pump n.2 etc.. After each cycle (stopping of all pumps) the pump
following the last is operated. Each time that a pressure switch is opened the microprocessor chooses the pump
which is set and the first started pump stops.
