Dual Speed

This chapter provides an equipment overview, operation instructions, how-to instructions,
troubleshooting and preventive maintenance for this option to the CE35-T Case Erector.
Option Overview
Dual Speed Option Programmed through HMI utilizing an inverter duty motor
to select one of two customer specified preset speeds between 12 - 35 cases per
minute. This option may be utilized for up to 3 case sizes.
Turn off main power, turn off air supply and follow lock out/tag
out procedures before making any adjustments to this machine.
Installation Procedures
This option is factory installed.

Machine Operation
Speed Select
1.
The Speed Select screen lists the high
and low speed options for the machine.
2.
The bottom section of the display shows
which speed is currently selected.
3.
Use the F1 and F2 keys to scroll up or
down the list.
4.
Press F3 to bring up the main screen.
5.
Press F4 will return to the screen selection screen.
