11.5 Multimeter features
11.5.1 Data hold Mode
With the data hold mode you are able to freeze the screen with the measured values at any time:
1. Select
Hold
in the bottom menu as
ON
.
HOLD
will be shown on the display.
2. Select
OFF
to exit this mode
11.5.2 Information display
1. Select
Configure
in the bottom menu, select
Show Info
in the right menu as
ON
. The
information window will be shown on the display.
2. Select
OFF
to hide.
11.5.3 Auto or manual range
The automatic range is set as the default. Follow the steps below to switch between automatic or
manual range selection:
1. Select Configure in the bottom menu.
2. Select
Auto Range
in the right menu,
AUTO
will be shown on the display.
3. Select
Switch Range
in the right menu,
MANUAL
will be shown on the display. Press this
softkey to switch range.
Note
: When testing diode, testing continuity, and measuring capacitance, manual range is
disabled.
11.5.4 Relative measurements
Sets the current measured value to zero. The measurement is the difference between the
reference value and the current measurement display.
1. Select Configure in the bottom menu, select Relative in the right menu to enter the relative
mode.
The measurement value at this time is stored as the reference value, and displayed behind
△
In this mode, current reading = input value - reference value.
2. Press it again to exit the mode

: This function is not available when measuring resistance, diodes, and testing for continuity.
