number and relevant information will be displayed at the top left of the screen.
Tip:
Regardless of which type has been selected in the Save menu, you can always save the current
waveform directly as a BIN file using the Copy button, without going through the save menu. If the
storage has been set to external, make sure that there is also an external storage medium on the
oscilloscope. Please set up the USB storage device as shown in the following chapters.
8.2.2 Save the current screen image
A screenshot can only be saved on an external USB storage device.
1. Install a USB storage device: Insert a USB stick into the "USB host port" of the device. If a USB
symbol is displayed in the upper right, the USB storage device has been correctly recognized
and connected. If the USB storage device is not recognized correctly, please proceed as
described in the corresponding chapter.
2. After the USB storage device is installed, click
to call up the menu panel. Click the
Save
softkey on panel, the save menu is displayed at the bottom of the screen.

in the bottom menu, select
Image
in the left menu.
4. Select
Save
in the bottom menu, an input keyboard used to edit the file name will pop up. The
default name is current system date and time. Select the
key in the keyboard to confirm.
8.2.3 Requirements of the USB storage device
The supported file format of a USB storage device is: FAT32 file system with a cluster size of not
more than 4KB. A USB mass storage device is also supported. If a connected USB storage device
does not work, format it as described in the following two options: Using the system tool or a
formatting tool (8Gbyte or larger USB memory sticks can be formatted using the second method).
8.2.4 Use system provided function to format the USB device
1. Connect the USB storage device to the computer

3. Click Disk Management menu, and information about the USB disk will display on the right side
with red mark 1 and 2.
