Changing the Input Source
To change the input source for the amplifier, select either the
AUX in
or the
USB in
field (whichever is displayed) and
press
OK
. The input mode is switched back and forth
between these options each time
OK
is pressed.
If
USB in
is selected, the internal preamplifier and the
analogue net are connected to the USB source. If the
AUX
in
is selected the analogue net is connected to the AUX BNC
through a preamplifier/separator stage. Each channels has its
own volume control level.
If
AUX in
is selected,
AUX ON
appears in the first field.
Selecting the
AUX ON
field and pressing
OK
connects the
power amplifier to the analogue net (thus picking up the
signal from the external AUX BNC connector).
Selecting
AUX OFF
and pressing
OK
disconnects the
channel.
Using with Model 831
To use the BAS002 power amplifier with the Model 831,
follow these steps:
CBL180 and CBL181 are optional
accessories.
Step 1
Insert the plug end of CBL180 into the AC Out
jack of the Model 831.

Insert the BNC connecter end of CBL180 into
CBL181 extension cable connector.
