GRINDING GUARD
Remove inner

and outer flange

Attach grinding guard

and align it, so
that it protects from sparking.
Caution!
Make sure the tool is
switched off and the battery re-
moved.

Close the guard release lever. Securely
tighten the grinding guard

wrench and reinstall inner

lock button

STRAIGHT GRINDING WHEEL
Install the grinding wheel with the
larg-
er side
of the outer flange

facing the
grinding wheel.
Tighten the outer flange

with the
wrench, while pressing the spindle lock
button

DEPRESSED GRINDING WHEEL
Install the wheel with its raised centre
facing the machine. Install the outer
flange

with the
smaller side
facing
the grinding wheel.
Tighten the outer flange

with the
wrench, while pressing the spindle lock
button

ON / OFF
To switch on the tool, press the lower
part of the on / off switch

and push
the switch forward. Pressing the top
part of the on / off

switch locks it in
on position.

To switch off the tool, release the on /
off switch

. If the switch is locked,
press the lower part of it to unlock it.
Let the wheel come to standstill with-
out applying pressure to its surface.
AUXILIARY HANDLE
The auxiliary handle

can be attached
to the auxiliary handle connector on ei-
ther side of the tool.
Caution!
Make sure the tool is
switched off and the battery re-
moved.

Screw the auxiliary handle

into the
auxiliary handle connector.
For safe working conditions, make
sure the auxiliary handle is always
mounted to the tool.

To release the battery, press the bat-
tery release switch

and slide the bat-
tery

off the grinder.

ATTACH BATTERY
Slide the battery
9
(not included)
onto
the grinder until it clicks into place.
Caution!
Only use the batteries
specified in technical data.
