Position the modem and Velcro on the top cover far enough inward and to the right so the I/O
panel can be in installed.

Plug the modem USB cable into one of the open USB ports on the left side of the cable well.

Un-wrap the twist tie that secures the telephone cable.
5.
Uncoil the telephone cable. We will connect this to the UPS later.
6.
Next, route the network cable down the pedestal and connect the cable to your router or
switch. Contact your high-speed Internet provider for assistance if needed.
Connect Wireless Mouse and Wireless Keyboard to POS
1.
Remove the mouse, keyboard and batteries from their packaging.
2.
Remove the battery cover on the keyboard and install the AA battery and install the battery
cover. Take care when installing the battery to match the polarity on the battery with the
diagram inside the battery compartment.
